The successful experience of entrepreneurship in the largest industry in the history of Sistan and Baluchistan province, led Mohammad Reza Ehsan Far to found and develop the ‘Zabol Cement Industry Company’ in the northern part of the province. Afterwards, he entered one of the largest national megaprojects of Iran in the southern part of the province and constructed ‘Makran Steel’ factory and followed developmental and progression path in the vast and fertile province of Sistan and Baluchistan.

This factory, which in the final horizon of development, has obtained the permission to create a complete line of steel products from mining to its final stages, is located in the 8th zone of Chabahar Free Trade-Industrial Zone, and in the first phase, it aimed to construct the first line of ‘direct reduced’ iron production factories with an annual capacity of 1.6 million tons of hot-briquetted iron, and due to its transit advantages, geopolitical location and direct access to international waters, it is the right path to the economic development of the region.

Sistan and Baluchistan Hamgaman Tose Holding is currently the largest shareholder of this project which is under construction, and since entering the project, based on previous experiences, the construction has followed progress with an exponential and increasing speed and by making contracts for the supply of equipment from Iran and all over the world, it is delivering and installing equipment at the construction site, and this effective plan has fostered the development of Makran beach and the economic prosperity of the region for utilization within the next few months.
