In the last years of the 1380s, the unprecedented record of building a cement factory in Iran was set by the construction of a one-million-ton cement factory in Sistan during thirty-two months by Zabul Cement Industries Company. This factory in an area of 750 square kilometers (seventy-five hectares) is known as the largest industrial unit in the history of Sistan and Baluchistan province.

In addition to the Sistan and Taftan cement brands, Zabol Cement Industries Co. also exports its products under the brand names Hamoon Cement and Hamaan Cement in the southeast of Iran and neighboring countries.

Various brands of Zabol cement have been exported to Afghanistan, Pakistan, Tajikistan and Arab states of the Persian Gulf for consecutive years while meeting the needs of the domestic market, and this company has been ranked as the largest exporter of Iranian cement for many years.

Based on the ranking of Iran's Industrial Management Organization, Zabol Cement Industry Company has been ranked 214th among the top 500 companies in Iran, and by using the most advanced machinery in the world, it has repeatedly set the record of production and delivery of more than 100% of the factory's nominal capacity and it manufactures a well-known product in quality at the regional level, which has been a value creator in accelerating the launching of the construction and infrastructure projects in the province.

As the driving force of Hamgaman Holding, despite all the imposed problems and domestic and foreign competition, this company has created significant efficiency in the return of investment of eight thousand local shareholders by relying on job creation for more than a thousand elite young people in the region and this economic competence has caused the value chain of this factory to be constructed in other subsidiaries of Sistan and Baluchistan Hamgaman Holdings.

The production line of this factory is 1.4 km long from the stone crusher unit for granulation of raw materials to the clinker mill unit and supplies the final product in bulk and ready packaging.
