ARYA CEMENT

Arya Cement Company was established in 2011 by Hamgaman
Sistan and Baluchestan Development Holding in Afghanistan. The
company was founded with the goal of leveraging the holding’s
regional economic expertise and capitalizing on its geographic
proximity to the developing nation of Afghanistan to foster strong
economic and trade relations. By investing in projects within
Afghanistan, Arya Cement aims to contribute to the sustainable
development of Sistan and Baluchestan Province, particularly
in its bordering regions, in close cooperation with a neighboring
population that shares deep cultural ties.

The company’s first investment in Afghanistan was the
establishment of the Nimruz Cement factory in the province of
Zaranj. Its cultural and geographical closeness to Afghanistan
stands out as one of its most significant competitive advantages.
